Anda Marian is an Executive & Transformational Coach (ACC) who brings a wealth of expertise in leadership consulting, particularly focusing on Coaching and Assessment, as well as in career advisory and management development.


She is a senior management consultant with strong leadership abilities and over 16 years of proven operational & consultancy experience across industries.


She has worked in key management roles within an advisory firm specialized in retained direct Executive Search (KornFerry International), having completed complex projects within Banking, FMCG, Industrial and Telecom sectors. Before joining the executive search industry, Ms. Marian acquired strong expertise in the Real Estate Consultancy and Television industries, locally and abroad.


Anda has proven experience in organizational diagnosis (culture, climate, team management, stress management) with the use of standardized and custom-made tools, quantitative & qualitative data analysis. She is highly competent in designing, developing and implementing best in class operating models & custom made business development strategies.

Lately, her strong experience in people evaluation and extensive experience in career and/or personal advisory got her into an antreprenorial approach on consultancy & coaching, under the umbrella of  Insight Solutions.



Anda Marian holds an Msc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, a Masters Degree in International Management from the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and a Bachelors in Foreign Languages in Economy from the Babeș-Bolyai University.


She speaks native Romanian, is fully proficient in English, French, Spanish and Italian and fluent in Swedish and Hungarian.
